Not a fashion but a way of life for Charlotte, the original victorian 'punk'. A feminist and expert brewer of pale ale and inspiration for this craft bitter. This golden bitter is a firm favourite with its creamy white head. Light, grassy and hoppy with a savoury malt aroma. A touch of fruit and hops give this craft pale ale a unique taste which is sure to delight the discerning drinker.

17/9/2020. Bottle from the brewery. Pours clear golden with minimal head. Aroma of sweet malt, grain, citrus, and slight smoky notes. Quite heavy sweetness and very light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Bit of an odd one.
