Traditionally fruity esters of bubble gum and banana from the Belgium yeast are backed by a nice punch of citrus aroma from Amarillo hops. This light bodied ale finishes clean and dry, and is deceptively easy drinker for eh ABV

22 oz bottle poured at Matt’s. A clean and clear golden orange, with a thick, active foam head. Sweet fruit, mixed with spicy grain aroma. A nice balance. Flavor is a soft banana, bubblegum, and mixed citrus. Mellow, warming body. Very well hidden abv here. A modest belgian ale, or so it seems. Oats come through late. Some vanilla? An interesting tripel for sure. Very nice.

Bottle, thanks andrew41. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is estery, bananas, some dough, some citrus. Taste is spicy, bananas, estery finish. Medium carbonation. Okay.
