On a joué le jeu à fond du thème mojito... purée de citron vert-menthe (280kg pour 16hl de bière), rhum et refermentée au sucre de canne sur une base de bière blanche avec les houblons halertau blanc et halertau ariana.

Sampled at Brassigaume 2021. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of passionfruit, tart fruits, grapes, apples. Taste of passionfruit, apples, herbs, wheat. Refreshing.
