One of the driest ciders on the market. The golden orange glow of this unique unfiltered cider lends way to notes of lilac, blood orange and green apple on the nose. Dry and pleasantly acidic, flavors of nectarine, under ripe peach and tart cherry hit the palate with no residual sweetness.

Poured into a pint glass and a wine glass.
In both glasses, there was a semi - hazy golden orange to yellow color with a decent transparency about it. A vast array of carbonated bubbles were seen rising to fill a rapidly dieing bubbly head.
The smell and the taste was dried apples with a slight tart aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat fairly light and had a light vinous quality about it.
Overall, as expected by every cider I try - they’re all the same.

On tap @ Bad Jimmy’s during 7/5/2014 Seattle beer tour. Pours a bit pale yellow appearance with a thin white head. Aroma is full of apple juice and juicy fruits. Not very complex noise. The flavor is lightly tart, red apple, and a bit pulpy. Pretty easy drinking but just about as simple as a cider can be.

Can. Green apple aroma. Decent cider, although a little on the bland side. Long sour apple flavor and finish. Goes down very nice and easy. Sweet. I can enjoy this.
