Pint can from Total Wine Vegas somewhere. 10oz glass back at the hotel under renovation-o. Clear, faint pale gold, soda head, boring. Smell is sulfur, bitter skin, minerals, sulfites. I'm not waiting. Taste is bone dry, apple skin, minerally, tart, jumpy acidity, stiff lime, preservatives. Drinks okay, carbonation is strong & pushy, abv is on point. Meh to okay once it airs out.

Can. Apples. Surprisingly sweet for a dry version. Quite light and delicate though. Good apple taste. Not so exciting, but refreshing. --- Beer merged from original tick of Seattle Cider Dry on 09 Sep 2019 at 16:05 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Pours light pale yellow into a shaker. No head. Mild yeast and sweet apple aromas. Soft with sweet apple turning quickly to a mildly sour earthy skin finish.

Can. Transparent, slightly yellowish color with no head. Aroma is apples, bratapfel, cinnamon, cheesecake. Taste is tart, apples, quite sour and wild (similar to an Äppelwoi). Dry finish, low carbonation. Alright.

ABR 2016. From a can. It is dry, some yeast in the aroma. Dry flavor, put definitely apple. More yeast in the flavor. Light and refreshing, great that it is not sweet.

Can from Mitsuya’s. Clear pale straw color with little to no head. Some light barnyard aromas with granny smith and muscat. Quite dry like a dry chardonnay with nice tartness. Body feels a little weak, but overall it’s solid.

[3/3/15] Can at the hostel in Seattle. Thanks beastiefan2k for this one. Clear pale golden. aroma of apples, somewhat vinous, and some sulphur. Nice sourish flavor, vinous, with green apples, skins, and a sulphury touch.

On tap at Two Beers, pours a crystal clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very dry, with faint apples and lots of dry wheat. Flavour is super dry, with nothing but dry apples - no residual sweetness at all. Decent for what it is.

If I has to drink uninteresting PNW cider, I think I might stick to this. I bought a 4 pack of this for some gluten free guests but they didn’t drink it. I usually stick to Basque or Normandy cider and find most America cider to be one demensional and sweets this however is one demensional but actually not sweet. I’ve been fooled by "dry" before. It really needs some Funky to make it less dull.
