On tap at Structures, pours a cloudy dull golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out spicy rye-like notes, toasted grain and a touch of honey. Flavour is very dry, with spicy grainy notes, toasted grains, and fermented out honey. Dry, grainy and smooth on the palate. Good stuff.

Tap. Hazy yellow color with hardly any head. Aroma is spicy yeasts, grainy, bready. Taste is grainy, quite restrained, some spicy yeasts again, dough, and a peppery finish. Low carbonation. Just ok.
