To create Guinness 0.0, the St James’s Gate brewers start by brewing Guinness exactly as they always have, using the same natural ingredients; water, barley, hops and yeast; before gently removing the alcohol through a cold filtration method. The cold filtration process allows the alcohol to be filtered out without presenting thermal stress to the beer, protecting the integrity of its taste and character. The brewers then carefully blend and balance the flavours to ensure the distinctive flavour profile and taste characteristics of Guinness.

440ml can from Hyper U et Drive hypermarket in Clermont l'Hérault, France. Head is big, tan, avalanche effect, long lasting. Colour is dark opaque. Aroma is roasted tones, bit coffee, chocolate touch. Taste is light malty base, roasted tones, meat touch, herbal bitterness, coffee, Dark chocolate, dry on the palate, long lasting bitterness, not bad, almost enjoyed.

Pours a dark brown with a beautifull nitro effect, setteling down to the very creamy and stable head you should expect from nitro. Scent is very mild, aged milkchocolate. Taste is sharp, sour in a way - due to the roastyness of the grains. Nothing really to bring balance. Very wattery body, pointing out the NA character. Nitro doesn't save the day here, but makes the experience one of those reminding of a (slightly) creamed coffee, where the coffee has been set all wrong, and way to acidic. Not for me!

Blik thuis geprobeerd. Het is een diep donkerbruin bier met een fijn/zacht lichtbruin schuim. Het heeft een aroma van mout en chocolade. De smaak is moutig, chocolade en koffie.

Actually pretty much what I was imagining. It got the looks, just like regular Guinness. Taste is roasty, some malty sweetness, and a light acidity. Watery body, as expected, but pretty close to the real stuff, and decently drinkable.

(Can, 0.44 l, at Svenkka, 20220728) The beer poured black. Its head was dense, nearly white and it lasted long. Aroma had burnt malts, creamy notes and ash. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was ashy and bitter. Decent.

Pint can from Woodman's Appleton, 7/8/22. Can says 0, not 0.0, but I assume this is the same one. Clear dark brown, medium tan nitro head, good retention. Aroma of roast, raisin, earth. Taste is roast, chocolate, raisin, bitter hops. A bit thin. Great for an NA. NA stouts are the way to go.

440ml can. Pours black with a long lasting beige head, looks identical to real Guinness. Aroma of burnt bready malts (not roasty/coffee) and slightly fruity. Taste of burnt bready malts, rotting fruits, chocolate, caramel, a bit sweet for what should be a dry stout. Light-medium bodied (very good for NA), smooth. A decent NA effort but to me it doesn't taste exactly like Guinness as some claim.
