To create Guinness 0.0, the St James’s Gate brewers start by brewing Guinness exactly as they always have, using the same natural ingredients; water, barley, hops and yeast; before gently removing the alcohol through a cold filtration method. The cold filtration process allows the alcohol to be filtered out without presenting thermal stress to the beer, protecting the integrity of its taste and character. The brewers then carefully blend and balance the flavours to ensure the distinctive flavour profile and taste characteristics of Guinness.

The resulting product is a stout that is unmistakably Guinness, just without the alcohol, featuring the same dark, ruby red liquid and creamy head, hints of chocolate and coffee

Black body with beige head. Malty aroma, smells like a Guinness. Taste starts full and then thins. Weak watery finish

Tall can. Pours black, with a fair, but pretty enough, nitro head. The nose is weak coffee, vanilla, caramel, and light spruce. Sweet and malty, with a faint, acrid bitterness. A touch of a funky, off aftertaste. Light, silky, and clean. Nothing outstanding, but surprisingly solid.

Can. Very dark red - perhaps a little wan - with a near cm of dense crema head that lasts. Aroma is roasty with some cream and just a touch of vegetables. Roasty but less convincingly full on the palate than normal Draught, but the bitterness is refreshing and pretty convincing.

Not bad all things considered. Still has some roast, cream and milk. Pour black with decent head. Light bitter end. Can at tasting.

Okay, this was perfectly fine for a N/A beer. Poured a less opaque color than I expected, perhaps more cola colored than the black I come to expect from Guinness. Flavor was semi-dry malt, with a touch more sweetness than normal. It's decent, almost hits the mark for the original beer. Would have again.
