To create Guinness 0.0, the St James’s Gate brewers start by brewing Guinness exactly as they always have, using the same natural ingredients; water, barley, hops and yeast; before gently removing the alcohol through a cold filtration method. The cold filtration process allows the alcohol to be filtered out without presenting thermal stress to the beer, protecting the integrity of its taste and character. The brewers then carefully blend and balance the flavours to ensure the distinctive flavour profile and taste characteristics of Guinness.

Donkerbruin bier met een mooie lichtbruine schuimkraag en het typisch romige bij inschenken. Ook het typische balletje is in het blikje aanwezig. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van chocolade, wat noten en geroosterd brood. Een heel geslaagde 0.0 die heel dicht bij de standaard versie komt en alleen een wat zwakkere smaak en mondgevoel heeft.

Looks like guiness, smells like guiness, and just about tastes like guiness. It lacks a bit of mouthfeel compared to the real thing and its not as smooth and velvety. But its got no alcohol so this is not surprising, and as many others have said as far as 0% alcohol beers go this is not bad at all.

Can at New Haw Social Club. Aroma is slightly grainy, dark malts, l8ght berries. Dark, opaque black/cola brown. Thick creamy dark belge head. Flava has light tangy berries, bitter grains. Creamy streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long slightly astringent finish. A bland Stout so petty much spot on as an AF version of Guinness. An easy drinking AF Stout thanks to the fact that it's completely inoffensive.

14.9oz can at Scott's house in SF. Great nitro head, very impressive. Roasty light-molasses nose like the usual Guinness. Flavor is missing the usual bitterness but the mouthfeel is excellent. Full roasted flavor and body. One of the best alcohol free beers I've had, extra point for that!

Dark brown. Does its nitrogen thing, so has a thick head. Roasty aroma and same on the palate. Worty, slightly molassesy sort of malt character. Moderate bitterness. Quite a good replication of their flagship. Rating it as a non-alc it ends up scoring quite a bit higher, in fact.

14.9 oz can, pours black with a cascading beige head. Nose is pretty close to original Guinness, with soft oats and a hint of sweetness. Flavour is very gentle, with soft oats, a hint of cocoa, very gentle sweetness. For a non-alc, this is quite impressive, and it does manage to come pretty close to alcoholic Guinness. Pleasant for what it is.

Can looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep black, nice head. Fine roasty-malty aroma. Starts fine roasty malty, caramel hints, mild sweetness. Fine cocoa hints. Finish well balanced, milder, a bit washy. Still really good.

Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy thick solid off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, cow fodder, grains, some chocolate, a bit of caramel, cheesy, a bit funky, some cardboard. MF: no carbon, medium to light body, a little creamy in the texture. Taste: slightly sourish first, a bit sweet, some caramel, good bitterness, a gentle roast, a bit metallic, malty, grains. Aftertaste: soft roast, some chocolate, malty, some bread, toast, caramel, pretty bitter, hoppy, dry finish, very decent for a 0.0% abv!
