Our American Pale Ale is based on the American West Coast pale ale. This style makes use of American hops to give it its unique, upfront aromas. Refreshing and full flavoured, yet light in alcohol and body, Devil’s Peak American Pale Ale is intended to be enjoyed as a session ale.
Aroma: Pronounced, fruity hop aroma. Citrus and other tropical fruits. Balanced by medium levels of roasted malt aroma.
Appearance: Light brown in colour. Very clear with persistent, white head.
Flavour: Hop forward for the style. Light malt presence with low bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light body with low to medium levels of carbonation. Smooth and crisp with medium-dry finish.
Overall Impression: A hop forward pale ale with low alcohol – perfect for long sessions.

Bottle. Clear golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is citrus, piney, caramel. Taste is piney, citrus, caramel, residual sweetness. Slightly watery mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Ok!

Draft at Green Craft. Clear golden color, white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma of citrus and light fruit. Taste is nicely balanced sweetish fruit. Decent.
