Tap at the brewery. Brown color with small tan head. Aroma is chocolate, nutty. Taste is the same. Silky mouthfeel. Okay, but their Darkenfloxx is much better.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is cocoa, roast, cracker. Medium body, licorice, cracker malt, light roast finish, good.

Draft 10 oz pour at Cloudburst. Pours a near black with a tan cream foam head. Heavy lacing too. A toasty coffee, roasted malt like aroma. Flavor is matching for the most part, with a subtle vanilla like sweetness. Creamy, and a solid roasted constant, but the body remains lighter. I feel like some hops sneak in, which Iβm not surprised, considering the guys making it. Interesting take on the style. Still donβt know what a Vermont porter is, but glad I tried one!
