The ‘Alphonso’ mango is one of the highest quality and freshest varieties of the mango family. With a rich and creamy texture, it really sits apart from the rest. As will this New England IPA. A tropical twist on a classic NEIPA base with sweet mango pushing through the hoppy flavour profile.

Keg at MS HW, 04/11/21. Hazed orange with a good sized off white head. Nose is tangerine, grass, light pine nip, melon. Taste comprises airy malts, trace of hop spice, orange pith, grapefruit, light pine, grassy bite, bitter mango spike. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come lightly juicy hop bitterness. Tidy enough IPA.

Tap at Mad Squirrel, Berkhamsted. Poured a murky golden straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light mango and floral hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, super dry, light mango, floral hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
