Cette bière a une robe blond clair et translucide, avec une mousse blanche, aérée, très abondante et persistante. La mousse tient effectivement très longtemps… presque trop. Le nez est bien malté et plutôt agréable. On sent bien le froment et le côté iodé. En bouche, c’est une bière au goût très original et assez troublant. Bière à la texture légère, on sent de légères notes acidulées et sucrées, ainsi qu’une pointe de sel qui reste sur les lèvres.

33cl Bottle shared at Plage de Cleut Rouz. Hazy pale straw with a low saturation and a white head. Sweet malts, seawater, fresh coriander. Light sweet, light salty. Thin body, average carbonation. Refreshing and fitting tastes to the scenery here.
