Burk som avnjutes en trist onsdag. Svag lite honungsdoft snabbt klunkar jag( törstig) fin balans på smaken. Mycket fruktsmak alltså torkade rackare. Liten fin beska i eftersmaken. Gillar den!

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy amber, small head. Aroma of honey and strawberries. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with honey, forest herbs and red berries. Low to medium bitterness.

Bottle (thanks to the brewers!). Hazy amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is honey, some firewood and mild wooden tones. Flavour is honey, some herbs, firewood and mild wooden tones. Rather sweet. Tasty. More Braggot than Barleywine (name has braggot, label says Barley wine with honey and firewood).

Lite disigt orangeaktig bärnstensfärg. Hyfsat skum. Doft av honung och syrliga bär. Även smaken är honung och syrliga bär. Det dyker upp lite alkohol på slutet. Skall den verkligen klassificeras som Barley Wine?
