Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour with a bunch of particles floating around. Aroma is grainy, some herbal and grassy tones. Flavour is grassy, herbal, some mild spruce tips as well as some bitterness. Quite a pleasant and refreshing Pils.

Can from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Hazy golden with a large white head. Floral hops, malt, grass and some citrus. Quite bitter finish.

[ As Potum Peking Pilz ].
ABV: 5.0%. Light cloudy medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, cookie, pale malt, sweet malt, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, bread, sweet malt - bread, dusty, grass, hops bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220217]
