Bottle. Golden color with big white head. Aroma is grainy-malty, cereal, grassy hops, hay, and a sweetish fruitiness like pear. Taste is sweetish malty, again pears, honey, a hint of cream/stracciatella. Semi-dry finish, medium-bodied. On the refreshing side. Great natural-feeling medium carbonation. A lovely and quite clean Landbier, I just like it a bit dirtier.

Bottle shared on the train from Nuremberg to Freising during day 3 of the Bamberg Jolly of January 2015. Pours clear yellow with a frothy white head. Nice herbal hops present, crispy cereal. Lovely biscuity notes. Light bodied with average carbonation and creamy texture. Crisp and biscuity on the finish with light bitter hay. Very solid. Lovely.

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Grassy nose, crackers and bread, apples, and bit of mineral. Light hazy golden color. Rich and full, low carbonation. A bit dull but decent. Very mildly prickly finish.

On bottle at Gasthaus Kundmuller . Clear gold lasting white head. Clean tasting and drinking lager. A session beer. So clean . Bit of honey some lemon light bitterness just an easy drinking lager

Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is grainy, some herbal notes, mild metallic notes as well as some slight grassy notes. Flavour is sweet malts, some bread as well as some nice mellow herbal and light spicy notes. Nice mellow bitterness along with a sweet maltiness in the aftertaste. Fresh and nice Summerbeer.

Bamberg jolly day 3 26/01/2014. Bottle shared on the train. Crystal clear yellow / pale straw coloured pour with a long lasting white head. Aroma is big spicy hop and some clove. Flavour is grainy pils, fresh spicy hops. Mid palate, medium body. REally enjoyable.

Day 3 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, bottle from Rewe Bamberg shared on the train from Nuremberg to Freising, 26/01/14. Clear light golden with a decent white head. Nose carries light vegetal notes, bread dough, citrus tinged, straw, orange pith. Taste comprises pale malts, citric sherbetdom, grassy, light cereals. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok stuff.
