(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond collapsing foamy head. Strawy and slightly doughy malty aroma with herbal spicy and slightly grassy hops. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp mf. Mildly sweet malty base with drying herbal hops; bitter-sweet quite balanced malty and hoppy finish. Clean and balanced Franconian Helles. 20.I.14
