Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Bottle Apostle, South Hackney. Pours clear yellow-gold with a frothy white head. Lightly sweet with lovely biscuity pale malts, Belgian yeast, mellow grassy bitterness, pale grains, straw, a hint of lemon rind. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean finish, refreshing bitterness, more grass and straw, citrus peel, mild yeast expression, dried biscuits. Really solid.
