500 ml bottle. Clear, reddish brown color. Rocky beige head. Sweet, boozy, caramel malt aroma. Flavor is sweet toasted malt, dried fruit, dark cherries and prune juice. Sticky mouthfeel. Low carbonation.a bit too sweet for my taste. Still, not bad.

Pour is a dark ruby red with a small white head. Aroma is some sweet dark malt and some wet paper bag. Flavor is about the same some sweet malt and a bit of bitter hops. Kind of missing that dark fruitiness you're looking for in a dopplebock. Also this is pretty thin.

Clear amber brown with a tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, toffee, bread and light overripe dark fruits. Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
