Big fizzy-creamy foreverlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet, malt extract, sap, butterscotch, wheat, yeast, minerals, grass, very overripe banana. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish mineraly, malt extract, minerals, yeast, butterscotch, sour grass, toast, very overripe banana, soil. Little bitterness, harsh sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!

Draft at the Bierschenke near Liverpool Street. A more complex weisse beer with less spiciness and a deeper range of flavours. It was nice, but not exactly what I would call a perky thirst quencher. I've had better.

On tap at Alter Hackerbräuhaus. Aroma is a little sharp with rich dried fruit. Appearance is good, with slow rising bubbles through a dark cloudy brown body. Flavour starts with dried fruit, spice and bread before a lovely tartness takes over. Leaves behind banana bread. Really grew on me as I progressed through the glass.

Medium brown with big white head. Aroma is aventinus, clove, banana. Taste also well balanced everything with a stronger sourness. Body misses the deeper tones, is a little watery. Overall complex and good.

Dark brown color with big creamy white head. Aroma is tangy, caramel, caramel-coated bananas. Taste is sweet caramel and bananas, not spicy really, but a bit "herzhaft". Low carbonation. Too sweet and unbalanced for my taste. Okay beer though.

Bottle at Ash’s. Pours hazy brown with a thin white head. Aromas of toffee, banana, grains. Taste is toffee, banana, light metal. Dry finish.
