Roast and a little chocolate. Some coffee. Black pour with ok head. A touch of milk. Pours black with good head. Light bitter finish. I found that the Raven’s Wayx Schwarzbier had a little more body than this one, but still decent stuff. Tap at brewery.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Ash, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Dark brown with moderate tan head. Mildly sweet dark chocolate malt, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Good body. On the dry side.
