Mangos and Coconuts? We must be nuts! We start with a simple malt bill and build on it with citrusy and tropical hop varieties. Then after fermentation starts we add concentrated mango puree and toasted coconut. We then finish it off with lime zest to brighten it up. It was either this or MAN CO. I think we made the right choice.

Mango, coconut, malt, and lime peel aroma. Amber with moderate head. Moderately sweet mango, lime, light coconut, caramel malt, and mildly bitter lime peel flavor. Good body.
