Got my hands on a bottle of Malek at a tourist shop in Panama City, Panama several days ago. I cooled off the 12 oz bottle considerably and opened back in my room. I saw a vivid straw-yellow liquid followed by a healthy head of extremely small, totally white bubbles. The nose was grain and vaguely citrus. A taste delivered a bit of lemon, more of the grain, malt and finished with a small bitterness. Not surprises here.
