It is perhaps the most typical beer from Germany. It has its origins in Bavaria as wheat beer, refreshing for summer, with aromas of banana and clove. Second fermentation in the bottle as traditional manner for this style.

Soft foam on top, cloudy yellow body. Aroma is salted dough, citrus, a hint of banana. Flavour is a lot of banana and wheat dough with a bit of a sugary finish. Not a bad weiss actually, worth drinking if you're in the area. Found in Quito.
