A modern twist on a traditional German Gose. The addition of lemongrass and lime provide a fragrant, pleasant tartness with pronounced citrus notes. The salinity common with this style provides balance and roundness. An effervescent sipper and perfect drink to round out summer.

Weak cloudy yellow body and minimal foam. Lots of lime and coriander on the nose, overbearing and harsh. Taste is overbearing lime, maybe vague lemongrass, salty finish overpowered by a steel wool aftertaste. It's amateur hour here sadly.
