We brew our beer in New York, about halfway between the hop fields of the Pacific Northwest and the hop fields of Kent, England. So we use earthy English hops to build the foundation and bright citrusy American hops to bring the noise in the rambunctious IPA we call BLAST! British Maris Otter and German Pilsner malts lends solidity, balance and bready flavors to brace up a beer that’s beautifully hoppy, strangely quaffable and oddly compelling. Minerally hop bitterness is followed by a shock wave of flavor and aroma. You won’t even know what hit you.

Bottle at Harrys, Uddevall. Semi hazy golden, huge white head with yellow nuances, lots of lacings. Aroma is soft sweet malt with floral and tropical notes, citrus and flowers, as well as some dough and bread. Taste is medium sweet with lychee, flowery hoppy feel, slight peppery note and a dryness in the finish. Medium body with very rounded mouth feel, low carbo. Solid!

355ml bottle. Murky, orangey dark golden to amber colour with small to average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly perfumed, floral, hoppy aroma, notes of petals with flavours hard to elaborate further than "somehow purple", cautious citrusy fruity hints. Taste is slightly sweet malty with an almond touch, floral and slightly citrusy hoppy, moderate bitterness, notes of lemon, a touch of lime.

Pour is a orange juice lookalike with a small white head. Aroma is full of mango, peach and pineapple. So fruity and fresh. Flavor is again a super fresh tropical fruit but then you also get thee maris otter malt which gives the beer a bready and earthy richness. All those hop varieties really make this beer. So fruity, a bit minty and not bitter at all. This was a awesome beer and those fruity hops are outstanding.

Orange color with tan head. Aroma is grapefruit jam, grassy, a bit tangy. Taste is the same, medium body, silky mouthfeel. Good.

Pours a slightly hazy orange-amber from a bottle, thin, white, quickly-dissipating head leaving some lacing. Grapefruity aroma. Lemon/grapefruit flavor with a bit of an odd pine punch a second after you sip. Biscuity flavor as well, sort of tastes like some refined jam cookie, just with that weird pine bit thrown in. Good beer.

Bottle from Market Street Wine Shop downtown. Pours a hazy golden-orange with a small off-white head. Lovely aroma of orange juice, ruby-red grapefruits, melon, grass. Taste is very similar. Not overpowering some some double IPAs.
