ABV: 6% | Release Date: 2019-05-01 | Vintage: 2015
Number of Bottles: 234 | Packaging: 750ml champagne bottle
This is our first single barrel release. This golden ale had a used champagne barrel as its home for over three years. During that time the relatively simple beer underwent an amazing transformation where it picked up color, texture and aroma from the barrel while the micro organisms in Garden Party went to work on the fermentable sugars.
When we tasted it we decided the result was so spectacular that we could not bring ourselves to blend it or otherwise tamper with it. This is also our first beer we have made that we would call sour
