Blonde ale brewed with island wheat and fermented in oak with our house culture. Bright straw color with a stark white billowy head. The aroma is doughy bread, wet iron, unripe lemon, and candy-like bergamot. On the palate upfront, acidity leads to orange blossom honey, apricots and a hint of toffee. Light-bodied, crisp and lively with a transient pithy bitterness.

Bottle, 75cl. It's a lightly hazy golden- orange colored beer with a small white head. Gentle, delicious aroma, peachy, lightly funky, with leather, some lemon and barnyard, wood notes, some orange and a wee doughy maltyness. It's a bit effervescent, with a full body and a good acidity. Orange, peach, some hay and grass, lemony, leathery funk and a lightly doughy maltyness in the flavor. Hints of wood, dried herbs and flowers too. Luckily, close to no vinegar going on, neither in aroma nor in the flavor. Quite lasting finish. I'd like a bit less carbonation, else is sure a delicious thirst quencher. 220409

75cl @ Brewery. 2017 Vintage. Thanks to BΓΈllehuus for providing. Pours hazy Golden with a White head. Tart funk, citrus, Earth, honey and Oak. Slightly Dusty. Lots of sesame seeds. Dry and tart finish. A bit past its prime is my verdict.

Bottle, 6%. Great citric and acidic aroma. White wine notes. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. Vanilla flavour, nicely acidic. Good biting acid, but not too much. Not too dry finish.

On tap at Amager Bryggen. Hazy dark golden with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with pineapple and pear, funk, white wine and old wood. Dry, tart and fruity flavour with much more bitterness than your regular Geuze

On tap @Eurhop2019, Rome. Golden semi clear pour with a small white foam. Nose: lime zest and much Mediterranean herbs. Lovely. Mouth: frizzy carbonation, citric and a bit malty. A bit too short the finish.

On tap @EurHop 2019 (Rome). Dorata, leggermente torbida, schiuma esile e poco persistente. Al naso sentori citrici e di frutta gialla, mela annurca, fieno, cantina, balsamico, leggero medicinale. In bocca Γ¨ acida, citrica, tart, un po' dritta, ma discreta. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Buona.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.
