Blonde ale brewed with island wheat and fermented in oak with our house culture. Bright straw color with a stark white billowy head. The aroma is doughy bread, wet iron, unripe lemon, and candy-like bergamot. On the palate upfront, acidity leads to orange blossom honey, apricots and a hint of toffee. Light-bodied, crisp and lively with a transient pithy bitterness.

Pours unclear blonde. No real head. Scent is fine, grainy, fine and natural. Mild funk. Taste is sharp, fine, raw maltyness (lambic comes to mind). CHianti is hidden. It has some vineous notes though. Fairly intense and long finish. Refined tart blonde. Lovely!

Draught No head left, faitnly veiled golden-ochre beer. Very nice, fruity nose with peach, nectarine, springblossom and some wood. Sweet fruit with a light sourish edge, lactic, nectarine, plus a bit of honey - again this blossom. Light body, fruitslick, low carbonation. Discreet, but very nice!

Clear orange blond beer, no head. Aroma: funky, nice, fruity, apricots, a bit chemical. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit fruity, funky, acidic, a little bitter, sourish, lemony, not very nice. Aftertaste: bitter, funky, dirty even, wood tannins. Not a fan of this.

Bière à la base maltée classique américaine, malt pâle avec un accord sutbile de la barrique de Chianti - cela apporte une fine note de douceur vineuse avec en retrait une fine note de funk. Finement aigrelet.
