(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20231215) The beer poured pale amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain, spiciness and herbalness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, herbalness, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. A tasty grainy brew with unusual hop notes.

Gold pour and a soapy head. Participating in pilsener month. Nose is herbal and crackery. Tastes peppery crackers, lemon, Italian salad dressing herbs, sourdough, gooseberry. Didn’t realize Italian pils upon purchase, happy surprise.

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright grassy hops, straw and biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp, with spicy, grassy hops and crisp crackery malt. Spicy, grassy, and straw. Bright and crisp. Excellent.

MBCC 2023. Light golden color semi clear with a tick white and adhesive foam. Nose: malty and pretty grassy, Mediterranean herbs feel in many ways here. Mouth: crisp with a hoppy oily mouthfeel and a balanced bitterness. Great job done!

Very dry, very floral pils, with a hint of grain and cracker on the front end, and a ton of floral Hallertau notes leading to a crisp, modestly bitter finish. Slight apple and lemon, but not a whole lot of depth here. Decent.
