For this one we’re keeping it flowing and keeping the funk going. Couldn’t We All, is a California Common, a hybrid lager-ale style. Brewed with lager yeast but fermented at warmer temperatures. This beer carries a rich rustic aroma. The flavor follows with notes of biscuit, a touch of caramel, and then a small hop backbone to balance everything out. This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a slightly dry finish. Perfectly crushable for having a couple and getting along with your fellow flock.

(Can, 0. 473 l , at Arde, 20220305) The beer poured brown and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had caramel, toffee and earth. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were caramel, earth, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A decent malty brew with some harsh notes.

Draught Very good yellowish head over clear copper beer. Crisp malts, ureum, brown autumn leaves. Bitter, dry flavour, again autumn leaves, light coloured malts, soft fruitpeel. Light body, bit sticky feel; medium to good carbonation. Quite nice, interesting reminder of a rare beertype.
