Bottle. Clear gold with a white head. Aroma of grains, light fruitiness, a diacetyl note and mild citric and floral hops. Grainy flavor, husky, with light sweetness, a diacetyl note, mild hoppiness and a bitterish finish (kinda husky). Medium-bodied. A mediocre golden ale.

Bottle, small creamy head, quite clear deepish golden colour, aroma of hay and grain with some flowers, aroma of hay and grain with a strong empathic herbal bitterness, nicely balanced and quite dry. Not too complex but still quite good.

Light golden-amber. Aroma is slightly biscuity but generally nondescript. Slightly biscuity, slightly juicy. Fairly refreshing in the finish.

On cask at the Barony Bar. Appearance - golden with a slight haze. A decent head. Nose - nrsad and biscuits with citrus. Like lime or lemon pie. Taste - tangy lime in fact almost lime pickle. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a nice dry finish. Overall - a balanced ipa. Good stuff.

Bottled. Clear pale golden, small head. Fruity nose with some tangerine. Mid dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Light citrus. Mid bitter finish. Middle of the road golden ale.

Thanks to Seanyfo for this beer. The beer is quite watery. Refreshing but a bit thin. The mainpart is smooth, bitter, nice Ale-aroma is present. But hops are rare. The aftertaste is long, smooth but only gets fuller in the end.

Cask at Archibald Simpsonβs, Aberdeen. It pours golden amber with a medium white head. The nose is grainy, dough, faint floral and citrus peel. The taste is sweet, doughy, brioche, grain and floral/grassy notes and mild bitterness with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A pretty dull affair and a mile away from the "jaw-dropping bitterness" they advertise.
