Cask at Perch, Sheffield. Poured a hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, floral hops. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter, with a smooth, yeasty, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation and a lingering floral hop bitter palate.
