--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Hazy deep golden, lively head. Citric nose with evident horseblanket and notes of prunes. Citric with light to medium body and elegant, spritzy mouthfeel. Well controlled acidity, evident funky hay and horseblanket, and just a touch of plums. I could write elegant just about in every sentence in this review. Skill, tradition and craftmanship shines through in every aspect.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dull orange with a tiny white head. Aroma is loaded with fairly juicy plums, moderate acidity, and rather buried funk. Flavour is bright and juicy, with lots of plums, moderate barnyard funk, and light-to-moderate acidity. Juicy, plum-like, with reasonable funk character. Really nicely done -- not too acidic and still retains funk.

Flaska från Etre. Blend 9, 20 - 21, 6,8%.

Murky ale golden color with low white head. Aroma: funk, barnyard, light sour notes. Taste: funk, tart, dry, bit of plum brandy, easily drinkable. I could imagine bit of more complexity, otherwise very good.

Bottle via 100 piv. Thin body, rather low carbonation. Med-high sourness, pleasant mix of fruity, lacto, and med-light acetic. Lots of barnyard funk, hay, horse blanket. Not the most complex in the world, but easy drinking, funk mixes well with fruitiness. Med-light plum presence, which comes out as it warms. Light stale skunked feeling. Overall very good, I expected a bit more funk complexity, but very nice nevertheless.
