Fläschla: Deep golden to light-aber coloured, clear, medium-sized lose off-white head with a litten lace; sweet Smoking and caramel in the nose with a mild but distinctive herbal-hoppy background, light to moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour, barely medium bodied; slightly drier bitter-hoppy finish with a good dash of balancing sweet-caramelly smoke. Bottle at Les Vignerons in Rome-Italy. Pours clear amber-reddish color, little off-white cap. Nose: fresh raw meat (!), malts, a bit caramel. Mouth: soft carbonation, watery/clean, ham.

On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Pours amber with a medium and persistent white head. Aroma is hoppy with a light smoked notes, grass, bread crust. Flavour has a medium to light malt profile with a medium bitter end, light smokey notes. Medium body, medium carbonation. Nice.
