Tap (not cask, so rating this version) pour. Needed multiple glasses to 'make sure', as this is a really, really drinkable lager :) Pours a darker gold, mild amber. Medium sized, medium stable white head. Scent is full, malty. Taste is intense (for the style) , malty, very refined bitterness (crazy smooth) balanced noble hops. Crispy freshness, clean fermentation profile. Anything you might want from a lager!

Bottle from Hausmann Getränke. Very lightly hazy gold, moderate head. Nose: ripening grain, fresh cut sweet hay, subtle but great. The flavor is a big blend of grain complexity. It finishes dry with super smooth bitterness and earthy/forest floor hops notes. Now I remember why I drank too much of this from a party keg at a tasting last year...

Bottle picked up from BeyondBeer webshop Hamburg. Its a glorious Sunny ☀️🌞 Sunday afternoon (Sunday 13th February 2022) we've had a spin this morning and a 8-9km walk around Mauern this afternoon. Listening to Trentmøller - Fixion about to cook Lamb Kebabs, Sagnaki, Greek Salad and Lemony Potatoes. Pours warm gold, actually more copper in colour with a large white head, grassy hops on the nose. There is a little mineral and metallic tinge, some traces of biscuity malt, bitterness lingers, quite dry finish. Good, I wasn't overly enamoured initially but it really grew on me.

Bottle at home, 26th November 2021. Pours a clear golden, nice white head. Aroma is straw and grass. Taste is mellow, citrus, very bitter forward, which I like, fresh grass and hay, bitter and slightly floral linger. Very good

Bottle.Clear golden colour with large fluffy white head.Aroma is strong herbal and nice crispy nice toasted with good full body.

Lagerbier : ungespundet vom Knoblach in Schammelsdorf, Flasche vom Landbierparadies24. - Helles Goldbraun, fast klar. - In der Nase sattes, leicht toastiges helles Malz und nicht zu knappe, gedämpft orangenfruchtige Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk füllig gerstig-hellmalzig, fein toastig und von massiver hopfenwürzig-grasiger Herbe mit Bitterorange und Tabak. Wenig süß, Anklänge an Honig. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang wuchtige zitrusfruchtige Bittere. Sehr langer Nachtrunk. - Mächtig aber noch nicht aggressiv gehopftes Kellerbier, dabei fülliger im Malz als viele. Auch aus der Flasche großartig. (10.6.2021.)
