Deep golden color. Rocky head. Very earthy, farmyard, rustic character with modest hoppiness. Light medium bitterness. Lighter and more watery than most Kellerbiers but perfect for summer. Very refreshing. Light to medium bitterness. Perfectly balanced. Excellent

Tap @ Knoblach, Schammelsdorf. Pours Hazy Golden with a White head. Grassy and grainy. Chalky with a Slight yeasty note. Toffeish notes Yes But Thankfully not destroying. Even a hint of marmelade. Bitter finish. Cool. Killer brewery.

FlΓ€schla (otto holt obst):Golden to deep golden, visible carbonation, firm creamy white head; moderate grainy-fruity nose with mild, but distinctive herbal-hoppy traces; pretty dry bitter flavour, but still with a certain residual sweetness; light bodied, crisp MF; slightly lingering dry bready-grainy finish with a hoppy "tail". The right franconian answer to thin german "summer-pale-ales"...

(draught at the brewpub) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and firm foamy layer. Mildly grainy malty nose with notes of white bread and subtle fruity accents, accompanied by a touch of herbal hoppy spice. Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with a crisp mf. Dry-ish malt character with bready and grainy notes, as well as a good dash of drying herbal hops; slim but not watery dry malty and herbal hoppy finish. A pleasant summer Lager. 12.VIII.16

bottle, kindly donated by MoritzF! Golden with a white head. Malty start with good aromatic hoppy flavours that add a touch of fruit. Pleasantly bitter in the finish.

Rerate fresh from Tap at Hop Dog on opening day. Light hazy golden, nice fruity nose, chewy, lovely Franco yeast, light berry, super moreish, glad I got it fresh again. Bottle. Grassy, light herbal copper nose. Golden, low head. Medium light body, straw malt, grassy. A bit aged, would love to try this fresh.

Bottle. Golden color with tan head. Aroma is bready, fruchtgummi, slightly hopped. Taste is bready, Fruchtgummi again, slight jammyness, a but oxidized. Natural carbonation. Classic Franconian drinkability. Good and easy, short-lived stuff.

On tap at B&F in Rome-Italy. Clear dark blonde pour, off-white tick head. Nose: a bit almond pastry, bread filled in warm milk, sweet croissant. Mouth: sweet start followed by a super frizzy-mineral soul. More mineral-pepper. Acceptable traces (or at least feeling) of dyacetil.
