ABV: 4.7%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, pale malt, sweet malt, biscuit malt, moderate hoppy, grass, floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, floral, sweet malt - biscuit malt, grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. €-Fläschla: Pale greenish-golden, a bit unclear, visible carbonstion, small, but quite persistent white foamy layer, mild to moderate sweetish grainy nose, very delicate herbal-leafy background; nesrly moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, crunchy MF; lingering - drier, but still more sweet than bitter - pale-malty and esrthy-hoppy finish.
