[ As Hönig Zwick'l - naturtrübes Kellerbier ].
ABV: 4.9%. Light cloudy medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, straw, pale malt, sweet malt, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, husks - chaff, grain, sweet malt, hops bitter, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Hazy golden. Aroma is light chestnut some feinwürzig hops and untoasted toast with butter. Taste is sweet rich malty with light butter and somewhat minerally and also a little sour. Quite drinkable. Not bad.

Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is buttery, but in the good fresh way, floral, fruity, juicy malts, quite moreish. Taste is butterbrod, mildly floral, quite juicy, cereals. Juicy-oily mouthfeel, fine-bubbled carbonation. Tasty if you can handle the butter!

Tap at HopDog. Hazy golden, restrained carbonation, white lacing cream. Fruity/juicy malt, medium body, dry, light sparkly. Dry yet chewy juicy malt, grassy bitterness on the palate, light minerals in the finish. Moreish.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a foamy head. Rye bread, grass, orange and some other fruity notes in the aroma. Grassy and bready taste with notes of rye, caramel and faint notes of orange.
