330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, orange golden colour with some chunks floating around and average to huge, thick, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Caramel and wheaty malty, slightly piney hoppy and tart-ish, tangy, fruity aroma with zesty aspects, notes of lemon peel, orange peel, some grapefruit, a lactic touch of sauerkraut, some quince. Taste is tart-ish, dry, fruity, slightly piney hoppy, zesty, citrusy fruity, hints of lemon peel, orange peel, some grapefruit, a touch of quince, sauerkraut, sour-ish wheat malt. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Light, refreshing, fairly complex - nice.

Säuerlicher Antrunk, moderat blumig hopfig, was aber deutlich hinter der Säure zurückbleibt. Spritzig, Zitrus, fast parfümiert hopfig wirkend. Langer, fein säuerlicher Abgang, rund, kerniger Hintergrund. 7/11/8/11/10/10
