Sampled on draft at Zeno’s this beer poured a murky brown color with a large fluffy tan head that lingered and left excellent lacing. The aroma was sourish with soy sauce ,red wine, Brett and vinegar notes. Flavor was wood, brett, vinegar and bread dough. Long finish. Medium body. Disappointing.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen (16/04/2017) - amber pour with beige head. Aroma and taste is yeasty and dark malty, with some wooden notes and spices, light hoppy bretty backing, dry medium tart finish.

Dark brown with thin head. Aroma has some light funky yeast. Flavour is similar with a certain tartness and the sweetness of dark malts in the background.

Rocky beige head left a bubbly cover on a murky soil coloured body. Rhubarb, sarsaparilla & root beer aroma. Medium bodied. Minimal carbonation. Smooth. Clean. Almost grape tasting, quite sweet. There’s also caramel, lemon & lots of yeast.

Appearance- coca-cola brown, hardly any head- just a few beige bubbles. Aroma- tart fruit, plum, gooseberry, sticky malt, lambic. Taste- dark malts, red wine, plum, grape juice, tart fruit, treacle, stewed raisin, sour finish, juicy slightly syrupy mouthfeel. Quite a lot going on, pretty good.
