Dark, smooth, delicious. Aromas of worn leather and cool autumn nights. Notes of sweet plum and toasted raisin, hints of coffee and cacao. Lingering tart and refreshing finish. Only available for a few short months. Not to be missed!

Mørk brun tåkete med høyt kremete beige skum. Lukter sure bær, svisker, vanilje og trevirke. Syrlig noe sur smak. Vanilje i smak også. Mye kullsyre. Kort.

Bottled 750ml. -at Svijet Piva Zagreb. Muddy brown coloured, medium to big sized beige head, acidic fruity nose. Moderate sweet malty, slight acidic and spicy fruity, subdued brett and touch of wood with slight acidic fruity finish. Really good for (almost) one-dimensional beer. Success for sure.

24th Jan 2015: shared bottle at the Cotteridge Wines meet. Poured a hazy, cloudy brown body with a weak head. Sour notes from the start , fruity, yeasty and notes of dirty farmyards in both the aroma and taste. Not my sort of thing, but a fine example of a Saison.

On tap at Black Squirrel’s Michigan beer event during DC Beer Week 2014. Pours a hazy amber with some creamy off white head. Nose has some very notes, wood pulp, dandelion greens, some crackery, a little raisin, a little cherry. Maybe notes of brett C. Flavor is mild, some turbinado sugar sweetness, less tartness, some bland mass produced cherry, a little lime. Watery lightly tart finish.
