Another installment of our Australian series, opened with Tassie – Tasmanian Pale Ale, continued with Ozzie – Australian IPA and ended with Dundee. They differ in almost everything: strength, body, alcohol content, but their common denominators are the wonderful Australian hops: Enigma, Ella, Topaz, Vic Secret and of course “reliable” – Galaxy.
Expect Ozzie to have a lot of fruitiness in aroma as well as juiciness and a moderate bitterness in taste.

Butelka 0.5l (BB 24.11.2021). Leciutkie, tropikalne, żywiczne, trochę płaskie w smaku ale przyjemnie orzeźwia.

Żółta barwa, zamglone, piana opada do obrączki. W aromacie wyczuwalne białe owoce oraz cytrusy. W smaku bardzo podobnie do aromatu, alkohol niewyczuwalny, nasycenie na niskim poziomie, goryczka krótka cytrusowa. Przyjemna IPA.
