Vintage 2019. Beer with Blue box. Cellared this stuff more than 3 years. Special Thanks to mr. Arkadiusz. Bourbon po pierwsze, po 2 beczka obsmarowana wewnetrznie laskami wanilii, nieco kaszy gryczanej zalanej nie sosem grzybowym ale miodem gryczanym, Barwa brazowa, baardzo ciemna niczym gryczany miod. piana nie za wielka ale zabarwia szklo na kolor zlotej dziewiatki na szkle Widawy. Tlustawe plamy na powierzchni tej aromatycznej cieczy. Na koniec nieco tonizujacej goryczki, deserowej czekolady i lekkiej kawy espresso.

Deep ark sea Vintage 2018. Rare beer in Box. Aged for more than 8 months in my deep and dark cellar. Piana slaba, moze to czas na pewno nie temp. to spowodowala, po przyniesieniu z piwnicy piwo doszlo ok 40min by sie zaprzyjaznic z wlasciwa temp. Aromat bourbona, wiadomo, beczka czuje sie ja niemal kazdymi zmyslami. W smaku, srednie cialo, beczka, troche pumpernikiela, ciemne oliwki. W posmaku po raz 3 bourbon, wanilia, nieco kawy, czekolady tej bardzo gorzkiej i na koniec rzeska goryczka. Ktora laczy siue w dynamiczny i dlugotrwaly palony finisz. Bezcenne piwo, obecnie nie do zdobycia.

330ml bottle in a box, vintage 2019, thanks to djoeye for sharing. Filmy layer over a deep black body. Scattered lacing. Inviting smell of wood, chocolate and nuts, roasted. Rather rich taste of chocolate malts, coconuts, liquorice, and wood. A vanilla bourbon twist to a lingering, sweet and rounded roasted finish. Firm slow sipper qualities. Pleasant. Near black with a ring beige head. Aroma of oak, bourbon, vanilla, cocoa, caramel and boozy notes. Flavour is heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Light full bodied with soft carbonation.

Aroma: Roasted malt with sweet malt. Flavour: Malty and fruity sweet with oak and bourbon like notes. Aftertaste is malty and fruity sweet with a sticky but flat mouthfeel. Colour: black with an offwhite head. From: Bottle @ Tidens Farver Aarhus Feb. 2020.

Draught @ Rowdy Hops Beer Festival - [ Session 1 ] @ Ridehuset, Vester Alle 1, 8000 Aarhus, Danmark.
[ As Brokreacja Deep Dark Sea Bourbon Barrel Aged ].
ABV: 10.1%. Light unclear dark brown colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, roasted, barrel, barrel - vanilla - bourbon, light chocolate. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, barrel, bourbon - vanilla, dark malt, sweet malt, resin - glue, creamy feel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. IMO. way too much barrel and glue - resin flavor and aroma :0( [20191101]
