This is the oxidative cousin of our class, who may have ended up as an orange loner! Organic danish Holsteiner cox apples and organic Chardonany from Bologna. The expression is floral and nutty and should be enjoyed in a glass with a stem or directly from the bottle. No bubbles, no cry – only the size matters.
