Bottle, at Kick. A headless black beer with lots of quality spirits in the aroma. Dark malts, brown sugar, some licorice and dried fruits and dark toffee as well. It’s extremely smooth on the palate, very low on carbonation and very full bodied. The flavor has a solid boozy back, with roasted malts, toffee, licorice, brown sugar and a warming alcohol touch. Ever lasting finish. A lovely beer indeed, but in a way too smooth. Would like to repeat it though. Several times. 160128
