Tap@Orsted Olbar, Copenhagen – pours black with a tanned coloured head. Comprises dark roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, some nice cognac infused wooden nuances, subtle burnt malty notes, ashy burnt wood, hints of vanilla into the roasted finish.

I must be a bit unlucky with some of these rare Nøgne Ø beer. This one was not at all something I would advise anyone to buy. This was a bit thin in the flavor and kind of acidic/sourish.
Black body with a beige head that falls down a bit fast. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a soft carbonation. A bit sweet, mild sour/acidic and mild bitterness. A bit unbalanced stuff. Dark malt, chocolate, vinous, some wood and mild fruity flavor.

Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, licorice, caramel, some fruitiness, alcohol, and hint of sourness. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, boozy, roasted, chocolate, licorice and woody finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is wineous, slight chemical and roasted malty. Fruity, light spiced, wineous. Toasted and dark malty. Light bitter. Roasted dark malty finish.

Flaske fra polets nettbutikk, hjemme: brunsvart, viskøs, med kort lysebrunt skum. Kompleksitet og mykhet preger dette ølet - her finner jeg kaffe, vanilje, dessertsjokolade, kakao, kokos, mørk karamell og naturligvis fornemmelsen av cognac. Lang, silkemyk og kaffemørk ettersmak med elegant balanse. Må bestille noen flasker for lagring. NØ kan imperial stout - det er nok noe av arven etter Kjetil Jikiun.

Sehr dunkel braune Farbe, fast schwarz, geringe beige Schaumkrone. Geruch mild säuerlich, reife dunkle Beeren, röstmalzig. Geschmack mild röstmalzig, rote Früchte, Karamell, minimal säuerlich, Holz, sehr gut!

Tap at BKL16. Black color with beige head. Aroma is dark malts, wet cardboard, chalk, tart cherries. Taste is cherries, dark malts, quite more balanced as expected. Better than expected after the cardboard in the aroma. Ticklish carbonation. Not bad.

Nice brown creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is sour-ish mineraly, dark malts, soil, oak, minerals, weeds, dark fruits, grass, licorice, sour coffee. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, minerals, oak, weeds, grass, dark malts, alcohol, soil, bark, sour coffee. Medium bitterness, slightly sour-ish harsh mouthfeel. Not really my cup of tea...
