Bottle at Henry and Sally's. Pours black, nose is chocolate, vanilla, coconut, maple syrup, taste is similar, sweet, chewy.

--Bottled. -- Black, minimal brown head. The nose is completely dominated by maple syrup. Extremely sweet with full body and sticky mouthfeel. Loads of maple syrup, faint notes of coffee. Warming sticky finish. Pretty much like drinking maple syrup straight.

ABV: 12.5%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small, fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, coffee, sweet coffee, barrel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, coffee, maple, vanilla, barrel, sweet coffee, sugary coffee. Body is medium to full, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20230414]

Black with a minimal head. A wooden barrels aroma, vanilla, chocolate and some dark fruit sense. Sweet with a warm wooden barrels and chocolate ending, some vanilla finish. Full bodied, a bit sticky texture. Bought at Mikkeller Torvehallen Copenhagen!

Jet black with a small light brown head. Woody barrel notes and some molasses. Chocolate, light booze and a nice soft finish. Smooth and balanced.
