This huge Imperial Stout was aged for 18 months in cinnamon-vanilla whiskey barrels. These unique barrels lent an incredible amount of adjunct character via the wood and the residual liquid in the barrels. On draught at the production facility during Jackie O’s 13th Anniversary Extravaganza on 01/04/2019. Jet black pour with a medium beige head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lace. The aroma consists of oak, malt, cinnamon and whiskey. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky whiskey, cinnamon, charred malt and chocolate. The finish is oaky vanilla and cinnamon whiskey. Very good beer overall.

Refrigerated 12.7 oz. brown bottle poured into a cup. Black with no head. Aroma is fudge, medium/thick body, low carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is fudge.
