Bottle in the Trillium Q. It pours hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, earthy, funk, brett, hay, apple skin and bread. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, pickled onion monster munch, lemony, citric acidity, straw, gooseberry and bread with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. More tart than expected. OK.

Bottle shared in the Beavertown queue. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a creamy, pure white head. The nose holds lemon, flaked wheat, white peach. Light sweet flavour with moderate lemony tartness, a little straw. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish with more tart lemon, modest acidity. Good.

330ml bottle, from trade with Anstei. Many thanks. Pours a hazy golden yellow with plenty of sediment that settles. Initial white head which recedes. Aroma is brett funk, floral, some lemon citrus. Taste is crisp, prickly with some sharp brett, floral spice with a nice sour edge. Uber refreshing.

Pour at Shelton Brothers. Lots of lemon and granny smith apple aromas in the nose, with a woody brett character. Soft mouthfeel with low carbonation, more lemon zest and oakiness. Tart and light. --- Beer merged from original tick of Grisette on 30 Oct 2016 at 10:15 - Score: 8

Bottle [from Euro Swap 2016-2, thanks to Anstei] @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma is really nice: a fine mix of fruityness, brett and lightly yeast. Taste is quite nice as well, fruity, sweetish, brett, sort of a crossover between a cider and a saison, done it the best way possible. Really nice, lovely low ABV saison.
